BPPN Legislative Breakfast 2019

BPPN hosted a legislative breakfast this past Friday to discuss BPPN programs and future funding.  Thank you to the following for joining us NYS Senator Tim Kennedy and Erie County Legislator April Baskin.  Special thanks to Board Members Whitney Mendel and Janet Nordling for attending and to some of our program participants that spoke about their BPPN experiences.

BPPN Nurturing Fathers Graduation

January 14, 2019 at Embassy Suites, BPPN celebrated and honored some of the Fathers that participated in the 13-week Nurturing Father Program.  The Program is designed to develop effective parenting skills for the well-being of children.  The class provides proven, effective skills for healthy family relationships and child development. Program activities address nurturing our children and ourselves, fathering sons/fathering daughters relationships, discipline, play, managing anger/resolving conflict, and teamwork with spouse/partner.

Collaborative funding of the Nurturing Fathers Program comes from Say Yes Buffalo, Health Foundation of Western and Central NY and John R. Oshiei Foundation.
